GUEST PASS
We also offer a pre-member Guest Pass versus the Unlimited Membership. This option allows you to purchase a ten session package that's good for six months from date of purchase. Before becoming eligible for a Guest Pass, potential new members must first complete the Club Orientation.
CLUB ORIENTATION
New members are all put through our Club Orientation at the start of their membership. This is a comprehensive 2-session, course with a certified Kettlebell Performance Coach, and it serves as the foundation of all future progression. All members are required to complete this course.
SET OF THE DAY
Additional coaching, customization and specialized training also included for each member. Workouts include kettlebells, suspension training, old school boot camp style, yoga movements, high intensity intervals, medicine, bosu ball, and much more.
