KETTLEBELL COACHING
Coach Stefano has worked side by side with several world champions, mastering the art of kettlebell coaching for sport or fitness. In November of 2007, Mike coached the second American female to Master of Sport rank. Mike teaches a combination of Soviet style methodolgy, with his own ingenious progrgession - both flawlessly demonstrated, and clearly explained. Kettlebell coaching is by appointment only. Same rates apply. Mike is a senior member on the board of directors of the The American Kettlebell Alliance.

FIRE / POLICE / MILITARY TRAINING
Mike, a retired FDNY captain, literally wrote the book on firefighter fitness (The Firefighter's Workout Book HarperCollins 2000), and his boot-camp style programming will get you prepared for the potentially extreme demands encountered by firefighters, members of law enforcement, or rescue and military personnell. Do you need to prepare for an upcoming physical, medical, or vigorous boot camp? Coach Stefano will push you to the limits, keep you healthy, and prepare you for what might lie ahead (by appointment only).
