In this one day class you'll learn pure AKC / Fedorenko Method, how to perform and teach the Swing, Clean, Press, Push Press, Jerk, Half Snatch, Snatch, and Long Cycle. The finer points of the Rack, Finger Lock, and Overhead Lockout are also covered, while the Fitness Protocol puts it all together in an easy to follow 20-level progression. Follow up training is also available.
