Our exclusive Kettlebell Cross Performance programming adapts to almost anybody, appropriate for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. We utilize high rep, dynamic kettlebell sets combined with selective resistance training, which builds off-the-chart real strength and endurance, while it fries the fat right off your body. At AKC Fitness our coaches work closely with every member, hands on every session, running six formal classes daily. We take the guess work out of your workout and consistently personalize your session based on YOUR goals, needs, and current fitness level. We also create a comprehensive long and short term personalized fitness plan, provide hands on technique correction and supervision, while recording every session. All members train in a very stylish, immaculately clean environment, with all newly renovated accommodations, bathroom, shower, changing room, and lockers. We offer 2 training options, both include hands-on GROUP COACHING at no extra charge. Our Unlimited Session membership can be purchased at a FIXED RATE, for as low as $150 per month when purchasing the annual plan. We also offer Pay-Per Session packages, as low as $30 per session. QUESTION SEVEN: What if I'm too busy or live too far away, making unlimited membership impractical?
Our Per-Session membership option is right for you. Per session membership, just like the unlimited membership, includes hands on small group coaching, along with personal instruction. Before becoming eligible for per session membership, new members are first required to complete the 2-session, Club Orientation held Wednesday evening and Saturday morning. [TOP]
QUESTION EIGHT: Does the gym include anything other than Kettlebell Lifting?
Absolutely yes. We offer a variety of assistance training options, and functional fitness tools to augment kettlebells. The Kettlebell Cross Performance protocols and techniques developed by myself and my staff surpass anything you've ever experienced in fitness, weight loss and performance training, giving you the tools to change, mold, and sculpt your body any way you see fit. By combining old school kettlebell lifting, with state of the art suspension, gravity, and core stability training, results are synergisticly exploded. We also feature a fully equipped cardio corner, with treadmill, bike, elliptical, rowing and step climbing machines. In addition, we are Firefighter Fitness Center, offering our clientele highly specific and effective functional training modalities, utilized by many first responders and fire departments, not found in mainstream gyms. Valery Fedorenko is a World Champion Kettlebell Lifting athlete, as well as my kettlebell coach. Valery, known as the Ambassador Of Kettlebells introduced this previously secret system to the United States by way of the American Kettlebell Club. Head Coach Fedorenko formed the AKC for the purpose of bringing this remarkable system and dynamic sport to Americans. QUESTION TEN: What are the gym hours / class schedule?
Every day we offer our membership six classes daily. That's over 33 classes weekly, including full instruction and hands on training.
