Snatch n' Push
SNATCH
SET OPTIONS
A: 6 Minutes / 1 to 3 MPH
B: 8 Minutes / 1 to 4 MPH
C: 12 Minutes / 1 to 3 MPH

PUSH UP
SET OPTIONS
A: 1 Set Near Max
B: Ladder (IE: 10 to 1) C: Fast 10's (3 to 5 reps of 10)

This routine can serve as your main focus for the entire summer. It works full body from head to toe, and gives you a good cardio workout as well.
