1. Who is Mike Stefano?
Mike is a master kettlebell coach and author of several kettlebell and fitness books, including The Firefighter's Workout Book (60k sold). Mike owns and operates Gym KBNY, a kettlebell and functional fitness studio on Long Island, NY.

2. What programs does KBNY offer?
Locally, on Long Island, KBNY offers personal, and semi-personal kettlebell and fitness coaching. Mike also offers several ACE approved kettlebell certification programs (both live and online), including the level 1 High Intensity Kettlebell Fitness trainers course and level 2 sport course.

3. Is KBNY only about kettlebell training?
No. While Mike is a master kettlebell coach using high level Soviet style sport technique, he also integrates kettlebells into old school, yet cutting edge methodology found in the Firefighter's Workout. Results explode in both performance and apperance.

4. Does Mike offer kb sport coaching?
Mike offers kettlebell sport coaching via 2 options, one-on-one kettlebell coaching, and his level 2 kettlebell sport course. Both are viable ways to work closely with a true master coach.

5. What defines a kb Master Coach?
A kettlebell master coach must have coached an athlete to the world class rank of Master of Sport. Mike coached the second female in the US to master of sport back in 2007.
