INJURY FREE MEANS CLIENT RETENTION
Serious kettlebell lifters feel good. While the initial motivation for most people who sign up for an exercise program is to lose weight and look better, the longevity of their training actually depends more on how they feel. An injury, even minor, will halt a program like nothing else. Proficiency, crisp timing, and sound principles will provide a great degree of protection for the body's vulnerable joints and connective tissue. We minimize stress on the smaller muscles, and maximize the workload of the large muscles - legs and posterior chain, and the body continues to acclimate.

CONTINUED EDUCATION PROVIDED
A period of time is necessary for the average new lifter to process this information, as well as learn the hands on technique and principles behind the movements, progressions, and program design. Our system will fill that gap by providing students with live, video and written follow up instruction. We also recommend ongoing training for at least six months. Think of kettlebells as the martial art of resistance training. It takes six months to a year to truly develop your abilities as a coach or trainer, who cannot only execute and recognize perfect technique, but can design the perfect program for every client, every time.
