About Coach Mike Stefano
Mike is the author of The Firefighter's Workout Book© as well as creator of High Intensity Kettlebell and Fitness™ (HIKF). Coach Stefano, serves on the AKA board of directors, as well as a con-ed provider for the American Council on Exercise. Locally (Long Island) Mike is available for small group and personal training by appointment.
