Coach Mike Stefano
Mike Stefano is the author of The Firefighter's Workout Book© as well as creator of High Intensity Kettlebell and Fitness™ (HIKF). Coach Stefano, a master kettlebell sport coach, serves on the AKA board of directors. Mike is also a con ed provider for the American Council on Exercise. Locally (on Long Island) Mike is available for small group and personal training.

Experienced trainers, athletes, as well as those just starting out, will benefit from Stefano's first hand experience and ability to communicate highy effective technique in an easy-to-follow, logical progression (both in person and online). Coach Stefano offers one-on-one coaching, level one workshops, as well as an advanced kettlebell sport course.
